The Board of Directors for South Arapahoe Sanitation District is made up of five (5) elected residents of the District. They meet monthly to make decisions and perform District responsibilities.

Besides its Board of Directors, South Arapahoe Sanitation District utilizes the services of Consultants to run the District’s day-to-day operations. These consist of an attorney, an accountant and an engineer. The District also contracts with a maintenance contractor for maintenance of South Arapahoe’s sewer facilities.
The District’s attorney, Semple, Miller, Mooney & Farrington, P.C., prepares the legal documentation for the District, runs its monthly Board meetings, handles elections and keeps official records of the District.

Guildner Pipeline Maintenance has a contract with South Arapahoe for sewer line maintenance. Guildner’s crews televise and jet the District’s main lines on a regular basis, and perform weekly checks of the one South Arapahoe sewage lift station.
